The kit is designed for the transportation or staging of bulkier materials, featuring a 12 gauge reinforced steel deck and a pushbar handle located on the swivel caster end. It is equipped with 6" x 2" non-marking polyurethane wheels, consisting of 2 rigid and 2 swivel wheels, ensuring easy maneuverability. The interior height measures 48", with an overall height (OAH) of 57" for flush configurations and 58-1/2" OAH for lip-up configurations. It includes two 6" x 3-1/2" fork pockets positioned on 24" centers, along with a 1-1/2" steel grab bar, and supports a capacity of 3600 lbs. Available configurations include a deck with flush edges or a 1-1/2" retaining lip, where the flush edge deck has an overall height of 57" and the lip edge deck stands at 58-1/2". Additional options for the lower platform include configurations with three-sided bulk, two fixed shelves, three fixed shelves, or one adjustable shelf, with specific dimensions such as a deck height for the lower platform only, shelf clearance of 23-1/4" for two fixed shelves, shelf clearance of 15" for three fixed shelves, and an adjustable shelf that can be set on 3-1/2" centers.
