The ProFlex® 1625 elastic back support brace is designed to enhance proper lifting techniques while improving the body's intra-abdominal pressure to alleviate stress on the spine and provide back pain relief. It features a 7.5 in / 19 cm premium all-elastic body for extra firm support, effectively reducing lumbar strain and addressing chronic back pain. The brace includes a contoured high-cut front panel for a comfortable fit, which is especially beneficial for overhead lifting. Constructed with non-conductive polypropylene stays for durability and rubber track webbing in the interior to prevent the belt from riding up, the support also features an easy-to-use hook & loop closure that allows for secure fastening over or under clothing. Sizing can be determined by measuring the circumference around the body at the belly button, ensuring a snug fit around the hips with the front positioned two-fingers width below the navel. The suspenders can be adjusted for a secure fit on the shoulders, and the shoulder straps can be detached to convert the support into a back support belt. ProFlex® back supports are particularly beneficial for workers in roles such as airport luggage handling, warehouse distribution, material handling, construction, maintenance, assembly, landscaping, and other jobs involving heavy lifting. It is important to note that while the brace provides support, it cannot guarantee prevention of workplace injury or serve as a cure for lower back pain.
