The Glowear® 8381 is a Type R Class 3, 4-in-1 hi-vis winter bomber jacket designed for versatility in various weather conditions. It includes a zip-out liner that can be worn alone as a lightweight fleece jacket, zip-off liner sleeves for use as a vest, or the shell as a standalone lightweight weatherproof layer. When the liner is zipped in, it functions as a warm winter work jacket. The jacket features ultra-warm 280g fleece for insulation in extreme cold and a weatherproof 300D performance polyester shell with PU coating that resists water and wind while maintaining comfort and breathability. Additional attributes include a storm flap covering the front zipper closure for enhanced protection, a detachable drawstring hood that can be attached or removed, and adjustable hook & loop straps at the wrist cuffs for a snug fit. The durable design incorporates a ripstop shell and dirt-hiding black panels for longevity. Compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3 ensures high visibility with 2" reflective tape for low-light visibility. It is equipped with one exterior zipper chest pocket and one combination cell phone chest pocket/clear ID.
