The Glowear® 8287 Hi-Vis Winter Jacket and Vest with Detachable Sleeves is designed for warmth and comfort, featuring quilted 3M Thinsulate insulation with a 100g insulated body and 80g sleeves to minimize bulk while maximizing heat retention. The weather-resistant jacket is constructed from a waterproof 300D polyester shell that is both wind-resistant and breathable, ensuring dry comfort during cold conditions. This versatile 3-in-1 design allows the jacket to be worn as a full jacket, converted to a vest by zipping off the sleeves, or combined with the 8386 outer shell (sold separately). The fully taped seams prevent water penetration, while the high-visibility fluorescent fabric with 2-inch reflective tape enhances safety in low-light conditions. Additional features include two lower front slash pockets, dual mic tabs for radio attachment, and a clear ID badge holder on the chest. The jacket meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 2 certification and is available in Hi-Vis Lime and Hi-Vis Orange color options. It is also machine washable and customizable with company logos.
