The Glowear® 8386 hi-vis shell jacket is constructed from wind-resistant and waterproof materials (100% polyester with a PU coating) and features fully taped seams to provide reliable protection from the elements. It includes a breathable polyester mesh lining for all-day comfort in cool conditions and has black panels on the front and wrists to conceal dirt, dust, and sweat. The adjustable hook & loop cuffs seal out cold air and accommodate gloves, while the stowable drawstring hood adds versatility. The zippered closure is complemented by a storm flap and snap buttons, ensuring easy wear and preventing water leakage. This jacket offers high visibility with bright fluorescent fabric and 2" reflective tape, and it includes practical features such as a zippered cell phone pocket, a hook & loop chest pocket, and two lower front snap pockets. It can be layered with the compatible Glowear 8287 jacket for a 4-in-1 winter option, and its long length provides extended coverage. Additional features include a clear ID badge holder pocket, dual mic tabs for radio attachment, and a reliable YKK zipper. This product is tested and approved to meet ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 type R class 3 standards, is available in hi-vis lime and hi-vis orange color options, and is machine washable.
