The Glowear® 8381 is a Type R Class 3, 4-in-1 hi-vis winter bomber jacket designed for adaptability in varying weather conditions. This jacket allows for multiple configurations: the liner can be zipped out to serve as a standalone lightweight fleece jacket, the liner sleeves can be zipped off to create a vest, the shell can be worn alone as a weatherproof layer, or the liner can remain zipped in for warmth as a winter work jacket. The ultra-warm 280g fleece provides insulation against extreme cold, while the weatherproof 300D performance polyester shell with PU coating offers protection from wind and water without sacrificing comfort or breathability. The jacket features a storm flap over the front zipper closure, a detachable drawstring hood for customizable coverage, and hook & loop straps at the wrist cuffs for an adjustable fit. It is built for durability with a ripstop shell and dirt-hiding black panels. This high-visibility garment is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107, Type R Class 3 standards, and includes 2" reflective tape for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. Additional elements include an easy on-and-off zipper closure and various pockets, such as one exterior zipper chest pocket and a combination cell phone chest pocket/clear ID holder.
