The Glowear® 8287 Hi-Vis Winter Jacket and Vest with Detachable Sleeves is designed with quilted 3M Thinsulate insulation, providing warmth without added bulk. The jacket features a waterproof 300D polyester shell that resists wind while maintaining breathability for on-the-job comfort. It includes a 100g 3M Thinsulate insulated body and 80g sleeves for enhanced warmth in cold conditions. This versatile 3-in-1 jacket/vest can be worn as a jacket, with the quilted sleeves zip-off to convert to a vest, or it can be zipped into the 8386 outer shell (sold separately) for an ultra-warm winter option. The weather-resistant jacket features a wind-resistant and waterproof 300D Oxford polyester shell with a PU coating, fully taped seams to lock out water, and high visibility provided by bright fluorescent fabric with 2" reflective tape for low-light conditions. Additional features include two lower front slash pockets, dual mic tabs for radio clipping, and a clear pocket on the chest for an ID badge. The product is tested and approved to meet ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 2 standards. It also offers custom logo'ing options and comes in Hi-Vis Lime and Hi-Vis Orange colors.
