A waterproof, breathable membrane insert acts as a barrier against moisture and wind, ensuring your hands remain dry and warm without feeling clammy. The extended neoprene cuff fits comfortably under or over jacket sleeves and can be securely tightened with hook and loop closure for added warmth.
