The Glowear® 8386 Hi-Vis Shell Jacket is constructed from wind-resistant and waterproof materials, specifically 100% polyester with a PU coating, and features fully taped seams to ensure reliable protection from the elements. The jacket is lined with breathable polyester mesh for all-day comfort in cool environments, while black panels on the front and wrists help conceal dirt, dust, and sweat. It includes adjustable hook & loop cuffs that seal out cold air, an attached drawstring hood that can be stowed away when not in use, and a zippered closure with a storm flap and snap buttons for easy on and off. It boasts high visibility due to its bright fluorescent fabric and 2" reflective tape, making it suitable for low-light and nighttime conditions. Additional features include a long length for extended coverage, an ID badge holder on the chest, dual mic tabs for radio clipping, and exterior pockets comprising one zippered cell phone chest pocket, one hook & loop chest pocket, and two lower front snap pockets. The jacket allows for layering with the compatible Glowear 8287 High Visibility Jacket, creating a versatile 4-in-1 winter jacket option. It is tested and approved to ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 3 standards and is available in Hi-Vis Lime and Hi-Vis Orange colors. The YKK zipper ensures durability and ease of use, and the jacket is machine washable. Custom logo'ing options are also available.
