The N-Ferno® 6481 lightweight base layer pants are designed for comfortable warmth in mild to cold conditions, made from 180g polyester-spandex performance material, which offers warmth without the bulk associated with heavyweight base layers. The lightweight and breathable stretch fabric enhances breathability and provides an air gap for added insulation while sitting slightly looser on the skin. An elastic waistband ensures a secure and comfortable fit, and features such as moisture-wicking technology, anti-odor treatment, and a breathable mesh fly front help keep workers fresh, dry, and warm throughout the day. The pants include flatlock seams and a tagless interior to eliminate irritation and chafing, making them ideal for various applications including construction, transportation, warehousing, and refrigerated areas, as well as for weekend activities like hunting, climbing, running, cycling, and skating. For complete layering, these pants can be paired with the N-Ferno® 6436 lightweight base layer shirt (sold separately), and additional options such as the N-Ferno 6435 midweight base layer shirt and 6480 midweight base layer pants are available for heavier duty warmth in cold temperatures.
