The Chill-Its® 8935MF Hi-Vis Sun Hat is a lightweight and breathable sun protection hat designed with advanced microfiber cooling technology lining the rim for relief in extreme heat. Constructed from 150D polyester, this hat offers UPF 50+ protection and features a wide brim for complete face and head coverage. It includes 360-degree mesh venting to maximize airflow for added comfort. Available in Hi-Vis colors (lime or orange), the hat is equipped with 1in // 2.5cm reflective tape that complies with ANSI 107 standards for visibility and safety in the workplace. To activate the evaporative cooling feature, simply run the inside rim of the hat under water for one minute, providing cooling relief that can last up to three hours. The ultra-absorbent microfiber retains water while remaining soft, and the hat is machine washable for convenience.
