The Chill-Its® 8935MF Hi-Vis Sun Hat is a lightweight and breathable sun protection hat designed with advanced microfiber cooling technology lining the rim, providing relief in extreme heat. Constructed from 150D polyester, this sun hat is rated to UPF 50+ and features a wide brim for complete face and head coverage, complemented by 360-degree mesh venting that maximizes airflow for comfort. Available in Hi-Vis colors (lime or orange), the hat includes 1in / 2.5cm reflective tape that meets ANSI 107 standards for safety and visibility. To activate its cooling properties, simply run the inside rim of the hat under water for one minute, allowing the ultra-absorbent microfiber to retain water and provide cooling relief for up to three hours. This hat is machine washable and available in three sizes (S/M, L/XL, and 2XL/3XL), making it ideal for workers in hot environments as well as for outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, fishing, or gardening.
