The Modstreet pre-made modular parklet is designed to transform underutilized spaces into vibrant outdoor seating and dining areas, accommodating customers, employees, students, or neighbors. This kit includes a 6'x18' seating area base platform made of steel and composite flooring, along with wood panel inserts. It features (10) 3'L x 3'H removable panels, three 6' continuous ramps for accessibility, and adjustable feet to maintain level stability while allowing stormwater flow. The flooring is slip and mold resistant composite board, ensuring minimal maintenance and long-lasting durability. The product is available in two powder coat finishes: hammertone black or copper vein, and the wood is stained for natural color enhancement. Assembly is quick and requires no special tools, utilizing a clip-based system that facilitates future additions or modifications to the layout. The flooring has a 25-year warranty provided it is cleaned twice a year, and the parklet comes with a 2-year limited liability warranty. All components are designed to meet ADA accessibility standards.
