The AirSpade® 5000 Arbor Series is designed to safely uncover sensitive tree roots and other underground objects, featuring an in-line style handle that allows for vertical gripping during air excavation applications. It utilizes the proprietary AirSpade® supersonic nozzle made of extra-hardened stainless steel, capable of generating a laser-like air jet moving at twice the speed of sound for efficient digging. The kit includes an AS 5000 handle with a 3/4" NPT inlet, a 3/4" swivel type universal coupler, a 4 ft. insulated fiberglass barrel with an adjustable rubber dirt shield, a 25 CFM stainless steel supersonic nozzle, a detachable auxiliary handle, and an operations manual. The rugged yet lightweight aluminum handle features a full-size grip opening suitable for gloves, along with a comfortable plastic grip that provides thermal protection and a degree of electrical insulation. Safety is enhanced with a dead-man trigger and trigger guard to prevent accidental activation, while an integral pressure gauge ensures optimal digging performance.
