The kit features the powerful AirSpade® 5000 Arbor air-excavation tool with the AirSpade® Supersonic Nozzle for superior digging performance, making it ideal for sensitive arboreal work such as vertical mulching, bare rooting, radial trenching, and soil aeration. It includes an in-line style handle designed for applications where gripping the tool in a vertical position is preferred. The AirSpade® 5000 Arbor utilizes the power of compressed air through the high-performance, proprietary AirSpade® Supersonic Nozzle, fabricated from extra-hardened stainless steel, generating a laser-like air jet that moves at twice the speed of sound for faster, more effective digging. The rugged, lightweight aluminum handle features a full-size grip opening to accommodate gloves, while the comfortable plastic grip provides thermal protection and a degree of electrical insulation. A dead-man trigger ensures safe operation, and a trigger guard prevents accidental activation. An integral pressure gauge ensures optimal digging performance, and the kit includes a 3/4" NPT compressed air inlet equipped with a 3/4" swivel-type universal coupler. Additionally, it features a screw-on, lightweight, insulated fiberglass barrel, an adjustable rubber dirt shield to deflect soil and debris, a 45-degree angled adaptor, a 1" x 10' lightweight air hose with universal couplers, and a heavy-duty locking storage case. A detachable auxiliary handle is also included.
