The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general-purpose full-brim hard hat designed for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that helps maintain a cooler interior temperature by up to 20°F (11°C) compared to hard hats without this technology. This hard hat includes a moisture-wicking padded sweatband made of breathable foam for enhanced comfort and sweat management. The design offers 12° more coverage than the standard V-Gard full-brim hard hat, providing increased shade and sun protection. Additionally, it has optional venting for improved airflow, featuring the largest vents available in a full-brim V-Gard hard hat. A unique textured brim enhances grip for easier donning and doffing, while the pre-installed FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension ensures superior comfort and adjustability. The material used is high-density polyethylene.
