The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general-purpose full-brim hard hat designed especially for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that maintains a cooler interior by up to 20°F (11°C) compared to traditional hard hats without this feature, as verified through testing with black, non-vented V-Gard C1™ hard hats. The hat is equipped with a moisture-wicking padded sweatband that enhances comfort and manages sweat effectively. With 12° more coverage than the standard V-Gard full-brim hard hat, it provides increased shade and sun protection, while the optional venting ensures maximum air flow and cooling, incorporating the largest vents available in a full-brim V-Gard hard hat. Additionally, the unique textured brim offers improved grip for easy donning and doffing, and the FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension system is pre-installed for superior comfort and adjustability. Made from high-density polyethylene, the V-Gard C1™ hard hat is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories, ensuring versatility and ease of use.
