The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general purpose full-brim hard hat designed for outdoor workers, especially in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that keeps the interior of the hard hat up to 20°F (11°C) cooler than models without this barrier, with testing conducted on black, non-vented versions. The hat comes with a moisture-wicking padded sweatband that enhances comfort and manages sweat effectively. It provides 12° more coverage than the standard V-Gard full-brim hard hat, ensuring increased shade and sun protection. Additionally, the optional venting system offers the largest vents available on a full-brim V-Gard hard hat, facilitating superior airflow and cooling. The unique textured brim design allows for better grip during donning and doffing, while the FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension system is pre-installed for enhanced comfort and adjustability. Made from high-density polyethylene, the V-Gard C1™ hard hat is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories for added versatility.
