The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general-purpose full-brim hard hat designed for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent-pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that keeps the interior of the hard hat up to 20°F (11°C) cooler in sunny conditions when compared to hard hats without this technology, based on testing conducted with black, non-vented V-Gard C1™ hard hats. The hat includes a moisture-wicking padded sweatband made of breathable foam for enhanced comfort and sweat management. With 12° more coverage than traditional V-Gard full-brim hard hats, it provides added shade and sun protection. Optional venting is available for improved air flow and cooling, featuring the largest vents offered in a full-brim V-Gard hard hat. The unique textured brim allows for better grip when donning and doffing the hard hat, while the FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension is pre-installed, ensuring superior comfort and adjustability. Constructed from high-density polyethylene, the V-Gard C1™ hard hat is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories for optimal versatility.
