The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general purpose full-brim hard hat designed for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that keeps the interior of the hard hat up to 20°F (11°C) cooler in sunny conditions, as tested against non-vented black V-Gard C1™ hard hats. The hard hat includes a moisture-wicking padded sweatband that provides comfort and effective sweat management. It offers 12° more coverage than the standard V-Gard full-brim hard hat, improving shade and sun protection, while the optional venting enhances airflow and cooling with the largest vents available on a full-brim V-Gard hard hat. Additionally, the unique textured brim provides added grip for ease of donning and doffing. The FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension is pre-installed, ensuring superior comfort and adjustability. The hard hat is constructed from high density polyethylene and is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories for enhanced versatility.
