The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general-purpose full-brim hard hat designed specifically for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending reflector™ thermal barrier that keeps the inside of the hard hat up to 20°F (11°C) cooler in sunny weather, while a moisture-wicking padded sweatband enhances comfort and manages sweat. With a brim that offers 12° more coverage than the standard V-Gard full-brim hard hat, it provides increased shade and sun protection. The optional venting system includes the largest vents available in a full-brim V-Gard hard hat, facilitating significant airflow and cooling. Additionally, the unique textured brim ensures a secure grip when donning and doffing the hard hat. The FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension is pre-installed to allow for superior comfort and adjustability. Constructed from high-density polyethylene, the V-Gard C1™ hard hat is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories for enhanced versatility and ease of use.
