The V-Gard C1™ hard hat is a general purpose full-brim hard hat designed for outdoor workers in sunny conditions. It features a patent pending Reflector™ thermal barrier that helps keep the inside temperature of the hard hat up to 20°F (11°C) cooler in sunny conditions, as determined through testing with black, non-vented versions of the hat. The hard hat includes a moisture-wicking padded sweatband to enhance comfort and manage sweat effectively. The brim provides 12° more coverage than standard V-Gard full-brim hats, offering additional shade and sun protection. Optional venting options enhance air flow and cooling, with the largest available vents on a full-brim V-Gard hard hat. Its unique textured brim provides added grip for easy donning and doffing, and it comes with a FAS-TRAC® III ratchet 4-point suspension that is pre-installed for superior comfort and adjustability. Constructed from high density polyethylene, the V-Gard C1™ is compatible with all V-Gard full-brim accessories, ensuring versatility and ease of use.
