Sunlite® LED torpedo tip B11 bulbs are designed to provide up to 15,000 hours of reliable service, significantly reducing the need for replacements of hard-to-reach bulbs. These dimmable, energy-efficient lamps deliver the same light output as a 40-watt incandescent bulb while consuming only 4.5 watts of energy, resulting in an annual operating cost of approximately $0.54 per bulb based on 3 hours of daily use at $0.11/kWh. The bulbs feature a candelabra base (E12) and a classic shape, making them suitable for chandeliers, wall sconces, decorative lamps, and enclosed fixtures. They emit a warm white light at 3000K with a soft 300 lumen output and a color rendering index (CRI) rating of 80. Additionally, these long-life bulbs are ideal for both residential and commercial applications, and they are Energy Star certified and ETL listed. The tested compatible dimmers include models from Leviton such as 6681, 6674, 6633P, IPL06, IPI06, VPM10, RTD01-10Z, IPE04, 6161, RPI06-1, 1B3211, and 1C1311.
