The NextPette™ pipettor, developed through extensive feedback from researchers and technicians, is an ultra-lightweight and ergonomic instrument that maintains durability, accuracy, and precision. It includes an easily accessible volume adjustment system that allows for quick volume selection, with the volume dial conveniently positioned above the handle for one-handed adjustment using the thumb. The display is oriented for user visibility, eliminating the need to rotate the pipettor to view the volume. Featuring an innovative asymmetrically designed plunger button that can rotate to accommodate user comfort, the NextPette™ offers a choice between a traditional larger diameter or a narrower thumb-shaped contour. Constructed from carefully selected materials for optimal weight and durability, the pipettors include precision plungers made of stainless steel for the 1µL, 10µL, 5000µL, and 10,000µL models, and ceramic for the 20µL, 200µL, and 1000µL models, all utilizing durable PTFE seals. Designed with maintenance in mind, the pipettors are easy to disassemble for seal replacement and come with silicone lubricant. Recalibration can be conducted in the lab without tools, with complete instructions provided in the manual for checking pipetting accuracy and recalibration procedures. Additionally, the entire pipettor is autoclavable.
