The MultiTherm™ shaker is a temperature-controlled vortexer designed for various molecular biology applications. It has a compact footprint of 8 x 11 inches and is compatible with popular tubes and plates, accommodating up to six 50 ml tubes. The device features an LCD that continuously displays both actual and selected speed, time, and temperature settings, ensuring ease of monitoring during operation. It offers temperature control ranging from 0 to 100°C and includes exchangeable blocks for tube sizes from 0.2 to 50 ml, with precision contoured wells for uniform thermal transfer. The shaker is available in two models: heat/cool and heat only, with the heat/cool model also featuring a sequence link function that allows the linking or repeating of programs. Note that blocks are sold separately, and the material composition varies.
