The new Orbi-Shaker™ CO2 Series is engineered for shaking, mixing, and aeration in extreme environments, particularly within CO2 incubators, operating efficiently at temperatures from 0 to 60°C and humidity levels up to 100%. The kit includes a remote control module, which allows adjustments to be made without opening the chamber door, thus preventing contamination and maintaining environmental integrity. This module connects to the shaker via a flat cable (1mm thickness) that can be routed through a port or beneath the incubator door. A non-slip rubber mat platform is also supplied, and additional Magic Clamp™ platforms of various sizes are available for compatibility with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The patented magnetic attachment method facilitates easy switching between different sizes of flask clamps. Key features include a horizontally circular 19mm orbit for effective aeration and mixing, as well as design considerations to maximize compatibility and capacity within most CO2 incubators.
