The Orbi-Shaker™ CO2 series is engineered for shaking, mixing, and aeration applications in extreme environments, particularly CO2 incubators, withstanding temperatures from 0 to 60°C and humidity levels up to 100%. To prevent contamination and unintentional gas release, all settings are managed through the included remote control module, which can be stored outside the chamber and connects to the shaker via a flat 1mm thick cable that passes through a port or under the incubator door, maintaining the seal. Users can adjust run time and mixing speed without opening the chamber doors. The instrument comes equipped with a non-slip rubber mat platform, and various sizes of Magic Clamp™ platforms are available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The patented magnetic attachment method allows for quick and easy changes between flask clamps of different sizes. This system is designed to maximize capacity in most CO2 incubators and features a horizontally circular 19mm orbit for effective aeration and mixing.
