The DryChill™ cooling blocks are engineered to securely store samples on the lab bench while preventing degradation from temperature increases or fluctuations. These innovative blocks eliminate the need for ice, significantly reducing condensation and ensuring a mess-free cooling experience. Each block is filled with a proprietary gel refrigerant that sustains temperatures around 4°C for up to 200 minutes. A visual temperature indicator changes from purple to pink, alerting users when the block's temperature begins to rise. The kit includes four blocks designed for a variety of commonly used research tubes and plates, and a Magic Clamp™ universal platform for flasks and tube racks measuring 16 x 16.5 inches.
