The new Orbi-Shaker™ CO2 series is designed for shaking, mixing, and aeration applications in extreme environments, including CO2 incubators, and is capable of withstanding temperatures from 0 to 60°C and humidity levels up to 100%. To prevent contamination and deviations from protocol, all settings are adjusted via the included remote control module, which can be stored outside of the chamber and connects to the shaker via a flat (1mm thickness) cable, allowing for user adjustments of run time or mixing speed without opening the chamber door(s). The instrument comes equipped with a non-slip rubber mat platform and offers the option of convenient Magic Clamp™ platforms in multiple sizes for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The patented magnetic attachment method is recognized for its ease in instantly changing between flask clamps of different sizes. The design maximizes capacity in most CO2 incubators while featuring a horizontally circular 19mm orbit for effective aeration and mixing.
