Our 600" L x 108" W heavy duty conveyor net with debris liner is designed to protect personnel and keep debris away from conveyor belts. Constructed from high tenacity knotless nylon, this durable netting features a 2-3/4" mesh size and a 1/4" cord diameter, capable of withstanding a tension of 1146 lbf. With a melting point of 491°F, the netting is built for longevity. It includes a nylon rope border and snap hooks positioned every 4 feet for straightforward installation. The debris liner is composed of fire retardant knitted high density polyethylene with a mesh size of 1/16". This combination of the heavy duty conveyor netting and debris liner effectively keeps the conveyor belt clean and protected from dirt and debris, ensuring ease of installation with the provided snap hooks for attachment to the frame.
