The most popular sizes ship within 48 hours, and the installation process is 5 times faster due to a patented hook and drive pin design that allows for easy drop and lock installation without the need for nuts and bolts. The security cages are constructed with higher security in mind, utilizing interior panel-to-post attachments for enhanced safety compared to standard bolted wire partitions. Crafted from top-quality materials, the posts are made of 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" 16-gauge steel, while the panels consist of 8-gauge 2" x 2" welded wire with added fluting for increased rigidity. Each kit includes a 4-wheel trolley, a door stop, ten 1/4 hex nuts, ten 1/4-20 x 1 inch carriage bolts, two 1/4 screws, two anchor bolts, two caster swivels, four 5/16-18 x 3 1/2 carriage bolts, three additional carriage bolts, eight 1/4 hex nuts, eight 5/16 nuts, and nine 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolts.
