The Ready-Built™ II lockers are fully assembled and loaded, designed to be operational immediately upon arrival. Each locker comes equipped with slope tops, a closed metal base, and a master-keyed controlled combination padlock for every door, ensuring readiness for use. The lockers feature a multi-point gravity lift-type latching for wardrobe lockers to enhance security, while box lockers utilize a straightforward thru-the-door finger pull single-point latch. All doors are louvered to provide ventilation and have continuous piano hinges that facilitate smooth operation. Wardrobe lockers are fitted with cold rolled sheet stainless steel recessed handles, allowing the padlock to be fully recessed for added safety and reduced vandalism, while enhancing the locker’s appearance. These lockers accommodate larger personal items in wardrobe configurations and are suitable for smaller items in box configurations. The kit includes a knock-down body construction made from 24 gauge metal, with varying body styles available in single, double, triple, and six-tier options. The doors are constructed from either 16 gauge or 18 gauge metal, with continuous piano-type hinges and stainless steel recessed handles for wardrobe lockers. Box lockers feature a projecting single-point friction catch door pull, minimizing operational noise. Each single and double tier opening is outfitted with one double prong ceiling hook and two single hooks, while triple-tier lockers include one double ceiling hook; box lockers do not include hooks. Coat rods are available for single-tier lockers at an additional cost, and a hat shelf is standard in single-tier lockers. The lockers come with 6-inch high legs, with options for lockers without legs available for an extra charge.
