Hallowell® Hi-Tech® shelving is a robust shelving line engineered to meet the demands of most industrial applications while offering versatility for modern facilities. Each shelving unit is constructed from cold rolled sheet steel, ensuring durability and long-lasting integrity. The free-standing shelving features shelves fabricated from heavy gauge cold rolled sheet steel with roll formed rectangular tubular-shaped front and rear edges, and return bends that are resistance welded to the underside. Welds are spaced 3" on center for enhanced strength, while the sides are triple flanged to create a channel. All four corners are lapped and resistance welded for added rigidity and strength. The top surface includes punched holes for attaching shelf dividers at 1-1/2" centers for shelves measuring 36" wide x 12", 15", 18", and 24" deep, with other sizes punched at 3" centers. Additionally, the front and rear surfaces are punched for accessory attachment, and the tubular front edge is designed to withstand impact loads. This shelving is rated for uniformly distributed loads up to 800 pounds.
