These single-point latch lockers are designed for maximum door strength, featuring a welded-in full-height door stiffener that provides a torque-free door. The continuous piano hinge ensures smooth door operation, while the no moving parts latching mechanism minimizes life-cycle costs. The lockers come equipped with a stainless steel recessed handle that sits fully recessed into the door, enhancing safety, reducing vandalism, and improving overall locker appearance. These wardrobe lockers offer larger personal storage, whereas box lockers are ideal for smaller personal items. Please note that locks are not included. For optimal value, it is recommended to order 3-wide units and use 1-wide units where necessary to complete your layout. Lockers can be shipped fully assembled or knock-down and are available in two colors: parchment or Hallowell® gray. The kit includes cold rolled sheet steel materials with a knock-down body construction of 24 gauge. The body styles available are single, double, and triple tier. Each door is made of 16 gauge solid steel with a welded-in door stiffener. The hinges are continuous piano type, and each locker features a deep drawn stainless steel recessed handle with single-point latching, protecting the finish from damage by padlocks. Each single and double tier opening includes one double prong ceiling hook and two single hooks, while the triple tier has one double ceiling hook. Coat rods are available for single tier lockers at an additional nominal cost, and a hat shelf is included in single tier lockers. Standard legs are 6 inches high, with an option for lockers without legs available for a nominal charge. Padlocks are not included.
