These single-point latch lockers are designed to provide maximum door strength with a welded-in full-height door stiffener that ensures a torque-free door. The lockers feature a continuous piano hinge for smooth operation and a no moving parts latching mechanism that reduces life-cycle costs. For added safety and to improve overall locker appearance, the lockers incorporate a stainless steel recessed handle that sits fully-recessed into the door, minimizing the risk of vandalism. The kit includes locker options available in single, double, and triple tiers, made of cold rolled sheet steel with a body construction of knock-down 24 gauge. The doors are constructed from solid 16 gauge steel with a welded-in door stiffener, and continuous piano hinges support the doors. Each single and double tier opening includes one double prong ceiling hook and two single hooks, whereas the triple tier has one double ceiling hook. Additionally, the single tier lockers come with a hat shelf, and coat rods are available for single tier units at a nominal cost. Standard 6" high legs are included, but lockers without legs can be ordered for an additional fee. Lockers are available in two colors: Parchment or Hallowell® Gray, and they can be shipped fully-assembled or knock-down. Locks are not included.
