Each unit undergoes inspection and testing in the USA and includes a test certificate for complete traceability. This hoist complies with CE, ANSI B30.16, and AS1418.2 safety standards, featuring 100% load tested grade 80 alloy chain. It is equipped with a zinc plated hand chain, a long-lasting powder coat finish, fully-enclosed gearing, and load sheave bearings that minimize lifting effort. Additionally, it includes forged alloy steel hooks, a Weston-style brake system with a thrust bearing on the lower hook, a twin pawl design, and heavy-duty latches.
