The pack includes 500 internally threaded cryogenic vials, each with a capacity of 1.8ml and a star-shaped base, designed for the storage of samples at temperatures as low as -196°C. These vials are manufactured from polypropylene, featuring a large white frosted labeling area, silk screen graduations, and a cap embedded with a non-toxic silicone O-ring to ensure a secure seal. Each vial has an internal U-shaped bottom and is designed for one-handed use with a support rack, making them self-standing. The vials are DNase, RNase, and pyrogen-free, and are radiation sterilized. It is important to note that these vials are not recommended for use in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen but can be utilized in the vapor phase.
