The pack includes 500 externally threaded cryogenic vials with a capacity of 4.5ml, featuring a star-shaped base that allows for self-standing use and one-handed operation with a support rack. These vials are specifically designed for the storage of samples at temperatures as low as -196°C and are manufactured from polypropylene. They offer a large white frosted labeling area, silk screen graduations, and are equipped with a leak-proof HDPE cap. The internal design includes a U-shaped bottom to enhance stability. The vials are DNase, RNase, and pyrogen-free, and have been radiation sterilized. It is important to note that these vials are not recommended for use in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen but can be effectively used in the vapor phase.
