Oz Lifting Products' spark resistant push beam trolleys are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, adhering to strict guidelines and equipment requirements. Manufactured in compliance with the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, these trolleys possess an explosion-proof level reaching Ex II2 GD C IIIC T135°C, making them suitable for explosive zones, including Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, compatibility with most I, S, and W-beams, precision ball bearing trolley wheels, an anti-drop plate, and an individual test certificate with a serial number. They are classified as Type EXGCT spark resistant. The trolleys comply with standards such as CE, ATEX94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11, ASME B30.16 for use with manual or powered hoists.
