Oz Lifting Products' spark resistant push beam trolleys are specifically designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and are manufactured in compliance with the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. These trolleys achieve an explosion-proof level of Ex II 2 GD C IIC T135°C and are suitable for Zones 1 & 2 (gas) and Zones 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, and the ability to fit most I, S, and W-beams. The trolleys are equipped with precision ball bearing wheels, an anti-drop plate, and each unit comes with an individual test certificate and serial number. The Type EXGCT spark resistant models are equipped with an anti-spark coating, making them ideal for environments where explosive atmospheres may be present. The trolleys meet various standards including CE, ATEX94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11, ASME B30.16 for use with manual or powered hoists.
