Oz Lifting Products' spark resistant push beam trolleys are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, manufactured in compliance with strict industry standards including the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The explosion-proof level can reach Ex II 2 GD C IIIC T135°C, making these trolleys suitable for environments classified as Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, compatibility with most I, S, and W-beams, precision ball bearing trolley wheels, and an anti-drop plate. Each unit comes with an individual test certificate and unique serial number. The trolleys are classified as Type ExGCT spark resistant and are built to meet standards including CE, ATEX94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11, B30.16 for use with manual or powered hoists.
