They are manufactured in accordance with the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, achieving an explosion-proof level of Ex II 2 GD C IIC T135°C. These trolleys are suitable for environments classified as Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, compatibility with most I, S, and W-beams, precision ball bearing trolley wheels, an anti-drop plate, and an individual test certificate along with a serial number. The Type EXGCT spark resistant options are equipped with the anti-spark coating, further enhancing safety in hazardous locations. Compliance with standards such as CE, ATEX94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11 and B30.16 ensures that these trolleys meet rigorous safety and operational criteria.
