The kit includes a pack of 1,000 microcentrifuge tubes, each with a capacity of 0.5ml and attached snap caps. These tubes are constructed from high-quality virgin polypropylene and are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free, making them suitable for safer use in molecular biology and other biochemical applications. They feature large molded-in graduations for precise measurements and a frosted surface that facilitates easier writing. The autoclavable design allows for use in very low temperatures and with various organic solvents. Each tube has a maximum RCF of 20,000, and the color of the tubes is natural.
