Oz Lifting Products' spark resistant push beam trolleys are specifically designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, adhering to the strict guidelines and equipment requirements set forth by the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX 94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The trolleys achieve an explosion-proof level of Ex II 2 GD C IIC T135°C and are suitable for installation in Zone 1 & 2 (gas) as well as Zone 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, compatibility with most I, S, and W-beams, precision ball bearing trolley wheels, an anti-drop plate, and an individual test certificate with a serial number. The trolleys are classified as Type ExGCT, equipped with anti-spark coatings and suitable for potential explosive environments. Compliance standards include CE, ATEX 94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11, ASME B30.16, allowing for use with both manual and powered hoists.
