Oz Lifting Products' spark resistant push beam trolleys are manufactured in compliance with the EU's explosion-proof standard ATEX 94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, achieving an explosion-proof level of Ex II 2 GD C IIC T135°C. They are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, including Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust). Key features include an anti-spark coating, copper plated trolley wheels and lifting bale, copper riveted ID tags, and compatibility with most I, S, and W-beams. Additionally, the trolleys feature precision ball bearing trolley wheels, an anti-drop plate, and come with an individual test certificate and serial number. The Type EXGCT spark resistant trolleys are equipped with an anti-spark coating and meet the standards of CE, ATEX 94/9/EC (Ex II 2 GD C IIC T4 IIIC T135°C), AS1418.2, and ASME B30.11, ASME B30.16 for use with manual or powered hoists.
