Manufactured of strong polycarbonate, these boxes are ideal for compact storage of 5.0ml cryogenic vials. The boxes can be used at temperatures from -196°C to 121°C and are autoclavable. Transparent lids feature a numbered grid for sample identification, while the frosted surface area is suitable for writing with markers. The dimensions of the cryo boxes are designed to be compatible with vertical, horizontal, and drawer style freezer racks. The kit, 66302, includes two red boxes and two blue boxes.
