The Quincy QP™ series is engineered for demanding 175 PSI applications, featuring a heavy-duty cast-iron compressor with an advanced oil pump for pressure lubrication to key components such as the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod up to the wrist pins, ensuring smoother and more continuous operation. Each unit includes specifications such as 17.2 CFM at 175 PSI, a cast-iron crankcase, cylinder and flywheel, and a power range of 5-15 HP with a maximum pressure of 175 PSIG. Additional attributes consist of an oil filter, pressure gauge, automotive-style inlet filter/silencer, lubricated two-stage compressor, high-performance positive displacement oil pump, two-piece aluminum connecting rods, and an inter-cooler unit with fin and tube construction. Electric models come equipped with a pressure switch, and duplex units feature single-source duplex control panels. Safety and compliance are prioritized with ASME-coded relief valves, an enclosed belt guard that meets OSHA standards, and CSA and UL compliant electrical components. This series is ideal for various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, mining, energy exploration, and food and beverage, particularly where an intermittent source of compressed air is required.
