The Quincy QP™ series is engineered for demanding 175 psi applications where conventional splash lubrication is insufficient. This heavy-duty, cast-iron compressor incorporates an oil pump for pressure lubrication to critical components such as the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod up to the wrist pins, enabling smoother and more continuous operation. The QP™ series features a piston-driven reciprocating design operating through positive displacement, channeling air into a cylinder and compressing it into a storage tank. Key specifications include a performance rating of 17.2 CFM @ 175 PSI, a range of 5-15 HP with a maximum of 175 PSIG, and robust components like a cast-iron crankcase, cylinder, and flywheel. This model is equipped with an oil filter, pressure gauge, automotive-style inlet filter/silencer, lubricated two-stage compressor, high-performance positive displacement oil pump, and two-piece aluminum connecting rods.
