The Quincy QP Series is engineered for rigorous 175 PSI applications where traditional splash lubrication is insufficient. This heavy-duty, cast-iron compressor features an oil pump for pressure lubrication to the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod extending to the wrist pins, allowing for smoother, continuous operation. The QP Series comprises reciprocating compressors capable of addressing demanding compressed air applications and includes three versions: the standard Pro unit, the professional-level Pro+ unit, and the fully-loaded Max unit. Key attributes include a lubricated two-stage compressor, high-performance positive displacement oil pump, two-piece aluminum connecting rods, and an inter-cooler unit with fin and tube construction. Additional specifications feature an automotive-style filter, electric models equipped with a pressure switch, single-source duplex control panels for duplex units, a manual ball valve tank drain, and an enclosed belt guard that complies with OSHA standards.
