The Quincy QP™ Series is engineered for demanding 175 psi applications, featuring a heavy-duty cast-iron compressor with an advanced pressure lubrication system that supports the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rod up to the wrist pins for smooth operation. This series includes reciprocating compressors with specifications such as a performance rating of 22.6 CFM at 175 psi, options for 5-15 hp, and a maximum pressure of 175 psig. The design incorporates an oil filter, pressure gauge, and an automotive style inlet filter/silencer. It features a lubricated two-stage compressor with a high-performance positive displacement oil pump, two-piece aluminum connecting rods, and an inter-cooler unit with fin and tube construction. Electric models are equipped with a pressure switch, and duplex units include single-source control panels. Safety is prioritized with ASME-coded relief valves in the interstage, discharge line, and receiver tank, as well as an enclosed belt guard that complies with OSHA standards. Additionally, all electrical components are CSA and UL compliant. Reciprocating air compressors from the Quincy QP™ Series are suitable for a variety of industries such as automotive, manufacturing, mining, energy exploration, and food and beverage, excelling in applications that require an intermittent source of compressed air. The unit comes with a standard one-year warranty, with an extended warranty option available upon purchase of EWK 8. The maximum unit includes fully loaded configurations and an air-cooled after cooler.
